"Warranty issue handled the right way"
I had a warranty issue come up with my mower, which was annoying because it felt like one of those preventable problems that shouldn’t have happened so soon. I reached out to weingartz not really sure what kind of runaround I’d get, but they looked up my order, checked the coverage, and clearly told me what they needed from me.
It took a couple days to get everything sorted out, but they kept me in the loop and got the part approved and replaced without turning it into a hassle. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it.

"Return process felt misleading"
I felt kind of misled by how easy they made the return process sound. Once I actually tried to send it back, it took forever and was way more of a hassle than I expected.

"Packed really well"
The box showed up in perfect shape, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed really well and nothing looked even slightly banged up. Weirdly, I remember there was one tiny piece of blue tape on the corner of the box, but other than that it was flawless.

They’ve got a fair amount of equipment overall, but a few things I was looking for were either missing or weirdly hard to find?? Not a bad setup, just could be a little easier to navigate.

"I ordered a mower part from Weingartz..."
I ordered a mower part from Weingartz it turned out to be better quality than I was expecting. It fit the mower just right and feels solid, which is always a relief because you never really know with replacement parts until you’ve got them in your hands. Shipping was fine, not exactly quick, but not a big deal either. The part itself was good, and that’s what mattered most. I’d probably order from them again if I end up needing more parts down the road...

I went to Weingartz just looking for a few mower parts, I ended up using their maintenance tips too. The oil and filter advice was easy to follow and saved me from making a trip to the shop. Helpful site overall...

The shipping was kind of slow, to be honest. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but it did take a bit longer than I thought it would, so I found myself checking the tracking more often than usual. Everything eventually arrived fine, but the wait was definitely noticeable.

"Stock info was actually right"
I ordered a mower part from weingartz.com because it said it was in stock, and I was expecting an usual backorder email after checkout. But nope, it actually shipped out like the site said.
I was happy the inventory matched real life for once. Saved me from calling around to a 3 other places. Simple thing, but it really matters when you need the part quick.

"Frustrating visit and not much help"
I went in hoping to get some help with a mower part, and it felt like I was just an inconvenience. The staff was short with me and didn’t really take the time to explain what I needed or point me in the right direction. I stood around waiting for a while too, which made it even more frustrating. I already get annoyed dealing with automated phone systems and self-service stuff everywhere these days, so I was hoping talking to an actual person would be better. It wasn’t. Maybe they were busy, but the whole thing left a bad taste, and I don’t plan on going back

"Turnaround was a lot slower than expected"
I ordered from Weingartz the turnaround time was frustrating. I figured it would only take a few days, but it ended up dragging on longer than I expected, and there wasn’t much of an update while I was waiting. It did finally show up and the part itself was fine, but the whole waiting around part was annoying. I’m not sure I’d go with them again if I needed something in a hurry.

"They really came through for me"
I had some kind of issue with my mower parts order and was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying situations. But I reached out to Weingartz and they got back to me quickly, figured out what happened, and sent the right part out. It just felt easy and handled the way it should be. No weird back and forth, no excuses. I was really happy with the whole thing...

"I called tech support because I couldn’t figure..."
I called tech support because I couldn’t figure out which mower part I needed, i blame myself for not having all the info ready. The guy helping me was patient anyway and really knew what he was talking about. He got me sorted out fast without making me feel dumb about it.

I figured this was the right place to take my mower, and sure enough, they proved me right. The repair was done quicker than I expected, and now the mower runs really well again. Happy with how it all turned out.

"Search ACTUALLY found the mower parts I needed"
I needed a belt and a few smaller parts for my John Deere mower, the search on Weingartz worked WAY better than I expected.
I just typed in my model number and it brought up the right parts without making me sort through a bunch of random stuff that didn’t fit. The diagrams were really helpful too.
It made the whole ordering process feel a lot less stressful because I was confident I had the correct items. It’s always nice when a site search ACTUALLY works.

Overall, I had a good experience. It took a little while to get someone to help me, but once I did, they were great. I had a few mower questions and they explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, not confusing or overly technical. They sorta made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.

The weird part is, the tracking updated twice like it was on its way, but the package still ended up arriving late again. Kind of frustrating when you’re trying to plan around it

"Fair prices and no weird surprises"
I looked around at a few other places before I ended up ordering from Weingartz, and their pricing felt reasonable. They weren’t the absolute cheapest, but to be fair, it wasn’t like the difference was huge or anything.
I also appreciated that the shipping and parts costs were laid out clearly. I was kind of expecting some random fee to pop up at checkout, but nothing weird happened, which was nice.
Overall, I felt good about what I paid. It was a simple order, the price seemed fair, and I’d probably check them again next time I need something.

"Recent refund went smoother than expected"
I recently had to send something back to Weingartz because I ordered the wrong part, this last experience left me with a good impression. I was expecting the refund to take a while or turn into a hassle, but they handled it quickly and the money showed up sooner than I thought it would. Since this just happened, it definitely makes me feel more confident ordering from them again. Simple process overall.
